The building was built in 2014 and is equipped with high end furnishings. It is only a few minutes' walk to the old town of Malaga, making this an ideal property for a city trip.
The interior of the apartment is modern and light in colour. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90m) and a built in closet and the adjacent bathroom has a shower tub, a sink, a toilet and a hair dryer. A small hallway grants access to the modernly furnished living room with a sofa, a flat screen television with a USB connection and a small dining table. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a blender, a juicer, a toaster and a washing machine and iron. Parking is available about 500 meters from the property. There is also a metered, public parking area (400 meters).
The neighbourhood Victoria offers everything for your daily needs in a 500 meter perimeter. There is a large shopping street with various shops, supermarkets, fruit and vegetable stalls, a pharmacy, a bakery and a butcher, as well as restaurants and cafes. Everything is accessible within a ten minute walk, making public transport obsolete. Nonetheless, you have access to five bus lines, servicing the station, the Almeda Principal, the harbour and the beach walk.
