Detached, comfortably furnished holiday house in a Scandinavian style with a sauna and a generous bathroom, in quiet surroundings and very close to the lake Krakower See
The house is on the edge of a little holiday complex with just 23 houses, all built in a Scandinavian style during the years 1997 to 2015.
This house is fully-equipped and furnished for up to six people. The living room with two sofas also provides a fireplace stove, a TV and a stereo system. An additional TV with a DVD player and a radio/CD player can be found in the children’s room. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the basics, as well as a separate freezer and a microwave. A dining corner adjoins the kitchen space. A bedroom with a double bed, a sauna and a bathroom with a shower and a big corner bath are also on the ground floor. The upper floor has another bedroom with a double bed and the children’s room with single beds. There is also a little WC.
The terrace is furnished and can be shaded if necessary via an awning. Outside there is also a charcoal grill. A playground, a swimming jetty and a little sandy beach are about 100 to 250 metres away, for the shared use of all guests on the idyllically situated estate comprising 23 houses.
The house was reassessed in April 2018 according to the DTV classification and awarded five stars for occupation with four guests. In total the house can accommodate up to six people, but the classification only applies to use by four people.
The house itself, located on the edge of the spread out development near the lakeshore in the nature reserve “Krakower Seenlandschaft”, provides the necessary peace and quiet to let your many impressions drift over you in front of the fireplace stove or on the jetty belonging to the estate. The view from the jetty towards the two islands Küche and Borgwall changes in every season. The surroundings, richly forested and with an abundance of wild animals, provide good opportunities to observe nature, either on foot or by bike.
Krakow am See has preserved the charm of a small climatic spa resort. A steamboat provides regular crossings on the lake Krakower See. There is a restaurant within walking distance of the house and there are other restaurants in Krakow am See and Linstow. It is worth going on a trip to the Barlachstag Güstrow with a nature park and a leisure pool not only for children. You can find another pool with a slide and with an indoor and outdoor pool in Linstow 5km away. Or those interested in culture, Krakow am See has a museum in the old school with a library and an Internet café, as well as the old synagogue with many cultural events.
