The holiday house stands amidst a natural landscape, in a lovely mountain setting and in a very quiet location, where you can relax to your heart’s content.
The holiday apartment has its own front door leading onto the big terrace, which you can use as you please. There are also deckchairs, a barbecue and a comfortable garden suite.
The apartment has a comfortable living room with a cooking niche, equipped with a toaster, filter coffee machine and kettle. The highlight of this apartment is the beautiful Scandinavian fireplace stove, which invites you to snuggle up especially in winter. The dining corner provides plenty of space to indulge. This room also has cable TV and a comfortable sofa. The newly fitted bathroom has a washbasin, shower and WC. There are also two small double bedrooms. The sofa can also be used as a bed, so that the apartment can accommodate up to six people.
The holiday apartment is at 1600 metres above sea level, but snow is cleared regularly in winter. However, chains might be necessary for your car, depending on the snowfall.
The beautiful valley offers lovely walks and hikes in summer, e.g. to Kuppen-Alm just a 30-minute walk away and is also suitable for families with pushchairs. The road has little traffic, as the house is at the end of the valley. Therefore you can enjoy peace and quiet, with only the sound of the stream next to the road. Children will also enjoy splashing in the cool stream and building dams. In winter the cross-country skiing trail runs right past the house. You can also go snow shoe hiking right from the house. In summer the Alpine restaurant Kasern, just a ten-minute walk away, invites you to indulge: from Wiener schnitzel to Kaiserschmarrn (thick pancake strips) to hearty dumplings, with a big piece of homemade cake for dessert. There is also a little grocery shop just a five-minute drive away.
