Semi-detached houses with a big garden, ideal for exploring the island of Usedom

The comfortable duplex house in Morgenitz is right in the centre, with the old village church, a pottery workshop, riding stables and the typical village oak. You can enjoy the village idyll in the garden under the old walnut tree.

The two halves of the house are furnished and decorated in a Nordic country style and have two separate entrances. The big garden with a seating area with garden furniture, a lounger and parasol, as well as a lawn, invites you to relax. There is a private seating area in the rose garden. There is a parking space by the house. A child’s bed and a highchair are included.

The house is a good starting point for walking or cycling tours. The Usedom inland area provides a range of recreational options, such as sailing, swing golfing, fishing, swimming, and with a bit of luck you can see a white-tailed eagle circling. The nearest place to swim is in the neighbouring villages of Krienke and Dewichow. Or you can sit in the garden and enjoy the peaceful nature. You can shop at the little general shop in Krinke or in the town of Usedom. All kinds of fish are offered at the harbour in Rankwitz. You can visit restaurants in the village, or at the Rankwitz harbour or the surrounding villages.

House 9 measures around 65m² and is light and inviting in a Nordic country style. It is suitable for up to four people, plus a supplementary bed. The ground floor has a living and dining room with a fireplace stove, a flatscreen TV and a radio, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with two single beds and a supplementary bed. The big garden invites you to relax. You can enjoy time out here in any season. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
