Charming, self-contained vacation home with spacious garden in Casale Corte Cerro, a small village just a few minutes from Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, conveniently located for access to the many mountain hiking trails of the Val d'Ossola and the shores of the nearby lakes with their tourist attractions. The accommodation is spread over two levels. On the first floor: kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi and spacious living room. A staircase leads to the second floor where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large sun terrace. Garden for outdoor dining with garden furniture and barbecue. The area is ideal for visiting beautiful Orta (15.5 km), from where boats leave for the nearby island of San Giulio, the "island of stone", a small medieval jewel, Arona (35 km) and beautiful Stresa (12 km) on the shores of Lake Maggiore, from where excursions to the Borromean Islands are possible. Lake Maggiore is a popular destination for sports enthusiasts, who can go kitesurfing and wakesurfing here. A highway is 4 km away.

    “Ein sehr schönes und großes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Leider nimmt das Reinigungspersonal seine Aufgabe nicht wirklich ernst. Ein verschimmelter Kühlschrank ist ein absolutes NO GO.     “Die Zufahrtsstraße ist relativ steil und bei der Garageneinfahrt besteht die Gefahr, dass der Wagen aufsetzt. Die Einrichtung im Haus war sehr gut. Die Grünfläche um das Haus allerdings leicht ungepflegt.”
