This home stands under a charming thatched roof on a fenced ground. This home was fully renovated in 2007. There are 12 beds in two sleeping areas and each bedroom has a bathroom. Living room is in the centre of the house with loungers that are also equipped with massaging function. In addition to an 18 square metres swimming pool, there is a hot tub for 4 people. The third bathroom of this house is situated in this room. All the bathrooms and the pool room have underfloor heating. Pool room and the living room are heated by a heat pump, which also ensures low energy costs. Among other features, there is a Nintendo Wii, a 40 inches television with surround sound system and a satellite TV in the pool room. The screened terrace is ideal for enjoying the sun while dining outdoors. Children can play in the swing, sand box, football goal post and a play house available in the garden. The house is located near the seaside resort of Marielyst, where you can find a special, magnificent atmosphere in summer with booths, galleries, cafes, restaurants and several leisure-time activities. This region is also famous for lovely beaches. This house is rented only to families. Consumption cost and final cleaning charges are to be paid in cash at the holiday home (credit cards are not accepted).
