Individual holiday flat in the Bergisches Land
The Naafbachtal nature reserve in the Bergisches Land region runs below our house and is located in an idyllic village with half-timbered houses and farmsteads surrounded by rolling hills, meadows and forests. The hiking trail down into the Naafbach valley with the small
river Naaf leads directly past the accommodation. The lovingly furnished maisonette-style holiday flat with its own entrance and garden is also located here. A terrace with seating area and charcoal barbecue invite you to linger.
The very individually furnished holiday flat has its own entrance and garden and is laid out over 2 floors.
A terrace with a seating area and charcoal barbecue invite you to linger. The 65 square metre flat was newly furnished as a guest flat in October 2024. It has 2 modern bathrooms, on the ground floor with a large round glass shower, washbasin and WC.
On the ground floor there is also an open-plan kitchen and dining area with a dining table for 4 people, the interior includes a flat-screen satellite TV. The fully equipped fitted kitchen also has a bistro table with bar stools.
Adjacent is a cloakroom area and a storage room. The living room adjoins and is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed 140 cm x 190 cm, a flat screen TV (internet/satellite/receiver) and a walk-in wardrobe separated by a modern sliding glass door.
The bedroom on the upper floor is reached via an open wooden spiral staircase and is furnished with a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm, a large wardrobe and an adjoining shower room with WC. There is also a balcony with a seating set on this floor.
