Welcome to Apartments Milena, two charming holiday apartments for 4 guests each, nestled in one half of a semi-detached house in the quiet village of Perci. The other half of the house is the home of the hospitable owners who ensure a warm and welcoming stay. Originally built in 2009 and carefully renovated in 2016, these flats offer a modern and comfortable retreat just 10km from the lively town of Pore and 5.5km from the nearest beach. Guests of Apartments Milena have access to a spacious 1000 m² property with a shared terrace with barbecue ideal for outdoor dining and a private car park for up to four cars. Families with children will appreciate the nearby playground, which provides a safe and fun place for the little ones to play. Flat Milena 2 on the first floor of the house offers a cosy and inviting space with a total living area of 42 m². This flat has a comfortable living area with access to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink. The space has a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen, so you can easily prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. Both double rooms share a second balcony, providing additional outdoor space to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Please note that no youth groups or stag or hen parties are accepted at this property. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 or under.
