Sv.Filip i Jakov is a small Dalmatian settlement located not far from the town of Biograd na Moru. It is an ideal destination for holiday and temporary escape from stress and hectic lifestyle. In this small place there is a beautiful newly built villa San.

The 250 m2 of charmingly decorated squares will optimally accommodate eight and a maximum of ten people who will have at their disposal four beautiful bedrooms, of which three are rooms with double beds, and the fourth has 2 beds (200x100) and 2 beds (190x100). In addition to an additional sofa bed as needed, the villa also has three spacious bathrooms and one separate toilet. The modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room and living room with fireplace will guarantee you relaxation and comfort in the pleasant atmosphere of home. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace equipped with an outdoor grill, dining set, lounge furniture and a swing from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Adriatic Sea and islands. The whole space is fully air-conditioned and offers all the comforts of modern technology to make your holiday completely carefree and relaxed.

In the fully fenced yard there is a beautiful pool with a waterfall and heating option, and deck chairs for hedonistic lazing under the Mediterranean sun. The youngest will enjoy a children’s playground or table football, and for those who want to stay in good shape during their holiday, there is a well-equipped gym and sauna. Sv.Filip i Jakov is ideally located only 20 km from the city of Zadar and the airport. It is the perfect starting point to visit many natural attractions such as Kornati National Park, Krka Waterfalls, Plitvice Lakes and many other natural beauties of Dalmatia and Lika.
