Apartment n.7 Casa Margherita

Casa Margherita is a pretty rustico in Zignago, above Brenzone. There are 8 apartments, each apartment has a separate entrance. The view of the lake from all apartments is magnificent: you can see the Isola Trimelone, Malcesine and Monte Baldo as well as the cliffs of the west coast of the lake. The apartment is absolutely quiet. Even in high season you won't have any hustle and bustle or traffic. The nearest beach is just 1500 m away. It can also be reached via a footpath (800 m). And there is a nice terrace restaurant in town that also offers delicious wood-fired pizza (300 m). Apartment number 7 has a wonderful lake view, is bright and friendly, has stone floors, gas central heating, free WiFi and a private parking space. Pets are allowed (max 2).

Apartment number 7 is on 2 floors:

- on the ground floor there is a double bedroom, air conditioning and a spacious bathroom with shower, wash blankets, bidet and washing machine;
- On the 1st floor there is a living room with a double sofa bed (for 2 people), tv-SAT, WiFi, a small kitchen with dining area and great lake view, a terrace with lake view. The terrace is certainly the most interesting part of the apartment, it is very spacious and has a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains
Parking space and grill available. Around the house there is a large, fully fenced lawn area with loungers and parasols available to customers.
