Villa Mandalena is ideal for everyone who wants to get away form the mass tourism and enjoy in privacy and tranquility... or spend an active vacation with numerous type of recreation, walk, drive a bike, pick asparagus or mushroom... or simply enjoy in peacefulness of the pool and catch the color.

If you become desirable of city rush and sea for just 45 min of driving you will be able to enjoy in magic of blue Istria. Spacious environment,plenty of sun and proximity of Istrian towns and attractions will provide you the real pleasure at your holiday!

Villa Mandalena lies on 250 m2, it has two floors with two newly decorated apartments. App 1 (6+2) is situated on the first floor and app 2 (4+2) is situated on the ground floor. Both apartment have separate entrance and they are equipped with air conditioner, SAT-TV and Internet access.

Our guests can enjoy in spacious garden with private pool 4x8 m surrounded with deck chairs. Villa also has parking for 4 cars and it is allowed that you bring your pet on vacation as well.

Location description : The old city Buzet is placed at 150 m high hill above the fertile valley of the river Mirna, while the newer part of town - Fontana, developed at the foot of the hill.Buzet is also known as the City of truffles because it is located in a zone in which grows the most valuable underground fungus in the world.The area is very diverse, from 100 meters to over 1000 meters above the sea level. This makes differences in climate. While in the valley of river Mirna prevails mild Mediterranean climate, in the mountain area called Cicarija has continental, mountain climate.Cicarija area, the so-called "The roof of Istria" can provide a pleasant holiday with its forest area, beautiful meadows and pastures, especially in the summer months, but in the winter too - for fans of winter joy.Buzet, along with the surrounding area known as „Buzestina“ spreads on 165 km wide area where lives around 6000 inhabitants. Under term „Buzestina“implies a part of the town of Buzet, and all the villages and hamlets around Roc, Hum, Vrh, Racisce, Sovinjak.
