You live in a quietly situated 2-room flat (approx. 85 m²) in a well-kept holiday home in Karlshagen - quiet location in the village centre - cosy furnishings, generous space with parking and barbecue facilities on the property. Beach: 900m. Harbour: 1 km. The holiday flat can be booked from the end of March to the end of October as well as over Christmas and the turn of the year. We cordially invite you to spend your holiday in our lovingly and functionally furnished holiday flat (approx. 85 m²). It is located on the ground floor and is preferably intended for 2 people, an extra bed, also with a cot, is possible on request. You can spend relaxing hours in the cosy living room with sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD player, video recorder, radio with DAB function, CD player and USB/Bluetooth interface. A separate eat-in kitchen (approx. 17 m²) with electric cooker (ceramic hob, oven with grill function), coffee/espresso machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, radio and various crockery is at your disposal, as is a bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC, underfloor heating and hairdryer. All rooms are centrally heated (weather permitting). In the entrance area there is a veranda with seating. We wish you relaxing hours on the beautiful terrace (south-west facing), surrounded by greenery, barbecues are also possible here. There is a parking space for your car directly on the property and we offer a lockable storage facility for bicycles.

There are several shopping facilities in the village and in the immediate vicinity, as well as doctors, a pharmacy, physiotherapy, restaurants and interesting cultural offers within a short walking distance. There are several bike hire stations with pick-up, drop-off and repair services on site. The sailing harbour is approx. 1.0 km away and the beach is approx. 900 m away.
