Eichenborn is a district of the fashionable spa town of Bad Pyrmont. So you live here in a quiet location and the hiking trails start practically right at the front door. After just a few kilometers you are in Bad Pyrmont's pedestrian zone, street cafes, boutiques or the spa park.

Bad Pyrmont- Eichenborn is the ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours through the Weserbergland, which is rich in water and deciduous forests. In addition, there is a lot of culture to discover, such as the world heritage site of Corvey Abbey and Castle, the Fairy Tale Road with the Pied Piper town of Hameln and the Baron von Münchhausen town of Bodenwerder, the Weser Renaissance Road with Hämelschenburg Castle, the Fürstenberg porcelain manufactory, the Easter wheel town of Lügde, the Schwalenberger artists' colony or the state spa of Pyrmont itself. In addition to the famous palm garden, the Hufelandtherme, an animal park and the castle, such unusual attractions as a haze cave and sinkholes await you there. But your leisure program should also include a trip on the white Weser fleet and a crossing of the Weser on one of the historic yaw rope ferries.
