The flat in 2025 was completely renovated and equipped with general heating. Despite being close to the centre and convenient to the beaches of Riva del Garda, the area is very quiet and surrounded by green areas. It is a bright and spacious accommodation: guests can spread out in the various spaces without disturbing each other: it is possible to accommodate up to 6 people. You can leave your car in the private area. From the windows you can enjoy a beautiful view of Mount Rocchetta. Bicycle paths are very close by at the beginning of the street.
The flat was completely renovated and in the year 2025 . There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed, a large living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the rooms and mobile fans in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and an induction hob. Appliances are available: refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and minipimer. Other equipment: satellite television, clothes rack, wardrobe and chest of drawers, washing machine, iron, hairdryer. A high chair for children is available on request. At the back of the house there is a brick barbecue for grilling. The house is equipped with a smoke and carbon monoxide detector. Guests are given a set of keys and in case of special needs, please specify at the time of booking. We will inform arriving guests of the security code of the safe-box located near the entrance gate where the keys to the flat are placed.
From the flat you have direct access to the garden (fully fenced). The GARDEN has a pedestrian pathway and access to it via a step. At the back of the house there is a masonry barbecue available for grilling. In the back garden of the house there is a STAIRWAY leading to the cellar, which is completely fenced and equipped with a gate. We recommend that children do not ARRANGE in this area and that they are kept under adult supervision. We accept no responsibility for any improper behaviour, whether voluntary or involuntary, that may cause damage to people or animals in the areas of the house. Animals may be left free in the garden, in agreement with the guests who may be present on the upper floor, maintaining the decorum and cleanliness of the spaces and with behaviour that does not cause material damage, disturbance or fear to other guests. The driveway at the side of the house can be used as an internal parking area for cars or motorbikes and the use of these spaces must be carried out, in agreement with any other guests present, without causing disturbance to the activities of any of the guests. Rubbish is collected separately. In the entrance of the flat you will find hung a small picture where the types of waste are described and in which containers they must be put.In the flat you will also find all the different containers to be used according to the type of waste. In case of a stay with more than one pet there is a surcharge. In case you need to use additional cooling systems that are not present in the flat, we request that you inform the host in good time and advise that a supplement will be charged. Stays in winter periods will be charged an additional fee for heating the flat.
The flat requires self check-in. Arriving guests will be advised of the code in the safe-box located near the driveway entrance gate where the keys to the front door are located. At the end of your holiday please leave the keys in the safe-box where you collected them. A copy of your valid identity documents must be sent to the police by the day you enter the flat.
Visitor's tax must be paid on the spot. In the case of a stay with more than one pet, a surcharge will be charged, to be paid on the spot in cash.
We do not recommend leaving small children unsupervised in the bathroom and kitchen. At the end of your stay please leave the flat keys in the safe-box where you found them on arrival
