Holiday House in Dobropoljana with Private Pool and Beautiful View

This holiday house is on the island of Pasman, in the village of Dobropoljana, 13km from the car ferry port Tkon (Tkon-Biograd ferry line) and 17km from the car ferry port Preko (Preko-Gazenica ferry line). The house is in the quiet part of the village and there are only few other houses nearby. The island of Pasman is the ideal holiday destination for guests seeking a quiet place to rest and relax away from mass tourism.Traditional, renovated stone house with a terrace and a pool on an island, surrounded by olive groves and nature, ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

The traditional stone house dates back to 1800 and was renovated in 2014. The living space of 75m² can accommodate five adults and one child. The ground floor comprises the living room with a sofa, fireplace and dining space, and the kitchen equipped with a two-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor with a washing machine. The tiled bathroom with a shower and WC, along with the two bedrooms, are on the upper floor. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed 160cm wide, the second with a double bed 200cm wide, a sofa bed for one person and a free child’s bed. There is an air conditioning unit in the hallway on the upper floor, which cools the house during the warm season and heats it in the spring and autumn.

The outdoor area consists of a large, paved terrace and a round pool in the right corner with a diameter of 4 metres. The left part of the terrace has a brick-built grill. The terrace provides garden furniture, a parasol and loungers, where you can relax in the sunshine and the cool breeze with a view of the sea. There are two private parking spaces on site. Near the house, four metres away, there is a vegetable garden that guests are welcome to help themselves to for cooking. The owner will give you a key for the garden and the vegetables for personal use are available for July.

The stone walls of the house are over 200 years old. The terrace affords a beautiful view of the canal and the town of Zadar in the distance. There is Internet access in a local bar 600 metres away, in two beach bars at the local beach 800 metres away and at the owner’s house 800 metres away. An Internet connection is planned in the house within the forthcoming year.

The house is surrounded by meadows and olive groves. Hiking trails lead to the highest point of the island, Bokolje 272 metres high. From up here you can see the Kornati National Park and the other side of the mainland of Croatia. The island offers fabulous swimming beaches surrounded by virtually pristine nature. As the island is not overcrowded, you can still find a quiet bay. 800 metres from the house there is a grocery shop. In summer you can buy vegetables there from the locals.
