Welcome to this wonderful villa, located between the sea and the mountain, in Port d'Andratx. It accommodates 7 people.

The beautiful exterior area features large gardens, a chlorine swimming pool of 9 x 5 and a depth ranging from 1.2 to 2.15 m, two large furnished terraces, a terrace belonging to a bedroom, a fully equipped porch, a barbecue and beautiful views of nature.

The house of 300 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 4 bedrooms, located on the 1st floor, three with double bed and one with single bed. One of them has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms with shower; one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor.
The cozy living room is furnished with one comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV-Sat. The independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and fans are also available. There is oil central heating throughout the whole house.

Port d'Andratx is a beautiful coastal tourist area, where you will find everything you might need during your stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, sports club, sailing club, medical center, etc. The area is surrounded by several beautiful coves, like Cala Raco, Marmassen Cala, Cala de s'Aritja, and different beaches. The lovers of hiking can take excursions to Sa Coma Freda, so Puig de Na Vidala, etc.

    “Schön gelegen, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung. Ein Badezimmer befindet sich allerdings im Erdgeschoß, das ist nicht praktisch in der Nacht, da die Treppe etwas steiler ist. Es gibt aber genügend Lichtschalter.”
