Large, light apartment with a great panoramic view, for seven people

This spacious apartment provides 65m² of living space for seven people. The first floor has a 20m² living room with a comfortable corner bench and a sofa bed for two people, as well as a modern kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, sink, fridge and freezer, espresso pot and coffee machine, cutlery and crockery for eight people. The entrance area has space for suitcases and coats. The second floor has a three-bed room with a balcony and a view towards the east. It is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a large bathroom with a window, fitted with a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, towel radiator and hairdryer. The second bedroom provides a further double bed and a balcony facing west. The private bathroom has a WC and a washbasin.

The apartment has a balcony on the west side on the first floor in front of the living room.

    “Sehr zu empfehlen!!! Positiv: Die Vermieter waren mega freundlich.
    Die Lage am oberen Ortsrand (direkt am Beginn von Wanderwegen, kein Durchgangsverkehr, tolle Sicht auf die Nordseite des Pustertals) ist optimal.
    Außerdem war die Wohnung Nr. 3 für uns ideal, da sich am 2. Schlafzimmer ein 2. WC befand, was unserer erwachsenen Tochter zur Alleinnutzung zur Verfügung stand.
    Schließlich gab es einen Brötchenservice, und man konnte jederzeit frische Milch und Eier vom Hof ordern.”

    “Una scelta ottimale . L'appartamento è veramente ben rifinito , con tutti i comfort, la posizione è incantevole , nella parte alta di S.Stefano, Hans e Monika sono due padroni di casa gentilissimi , cordiali e disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi evenienza e a soddisfare anche ulteriori esigenze o curiosità sulla vita e lo svolgimento delle attività dell'agriturismo . Ampio spazio anche per i giochi dei bambini . Veramente un gran bel posto . Siamo soddisfatti .”

    “Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut. Alles was benötigt wird wie Geschirr usw. ist reichlich vorhanden. Der Wohn-Essbereich ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Im Sat-TV sind richtig viele Sender zu empfangen. Die Schlafzimmer sind im ausgebauten Dachbereich und man kann dort richtig gut schlafen. Die Betten waren für unser Empfinden optimal. Angenehm sind die zwei Bäder, für jedes Schlafzimmer ein Bad. Es gibt viel Stauraum über alle Räume verteilt. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung in einem guten Zustand und sauber. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Für Urlauber mit Haustier ist dieses Objekt sehr zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und stets auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht.”
