Appartamento molto ampio, dispone di una grande terrazza attrezzata con tavolo, sedie, ombrellone e sdraio con magnifica vista sulla campagna elbana e la baia di Mola e Porto Azzurro. Sul retro, sotto ai pini, spazio dedicato all'area barbecue, con tavolo e sedie all'ombra. All'interno troviamo una grande camera matrimoniale, una camera doppia, 2 bagni con doccia, vasto salone con vetrate che danno sulla terrazza, dove si trova un divano letto matrimoniale; cucina con zona pranzo.

    “Wir haben mit 6 Personen + Hund ausreichend Platz vorgefunden. Die Wohnung und deren Ausstattung ist ausreichend funktional. Insgesamt hochwertige Verarbeitung. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, daher sehr ruhig.
    Große Terrasse, die insbesondere Abends einen herrlichen Ausblick auf Capoliveri bietet.
    Parken direkt vor dem Haus, daher kurze Wege bei Be-und Entladen. Direkter Zugang zu einem großen parkähnlichen Garten, mit (warmer) Dusche, gemauertem Grill, Bäume die ausreichend Schatten bieten, selbst Boule kann im Garten gespielt werden.
    Sehr gute Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, z.B. mit einer Hängematte zwischen den schattenspendenden Bäumen.
    Die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett, zuvorkommend und englischsprechend
    Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da eng- aber nach unseren drei Wochen in dem Haus war das kein Problem mehr.
    Wir können die Wohnung(Haus) nur empfehlen.”
