The luxurious Villa Shaula is located near the beautiful town of Sibenik on the Dalmatian Riviera. This beautiful property has a total of 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a 38 square metre pool, which can be heated on request, and several terraces with sea views. Let's take a tour. The spacious and light-flooded ground floor consists of an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There is direct access to the outdoor area with private pool via the balcony doors from the living area. On the ground floor you will also find a Finnish sauna with its own shower and three fitness machines. This room also has large balcony doors and offers direct access to the outdoor area. Three bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms are located on the first floor, while the other two bedrooms, also with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, are on the second floor. For added comfort, all bedrooms are air-conditioned. Cosy seating areas are distributed on the terraces and balconies of the villa, from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view, especially from one of the terraces. The terrace is ideal for cosy evenings or an afternoon coffee. Relax on one of the sun loungers with a drink by the pool, savour a delicious BBQ meal or simply enjoy the view and a sunset on the terrace. White walls above the unspoilt bay reveal a town that lies directly at the mouth of the emerald green Krka River. This pearl of the Adriatic hides numerous churches, monasteries, palaces and four fortresses, making Sibenik one of the top places to visit in Dalmatia. Unlike other towns on the Adriatic coast, which were built by Greeks or Romans, Sibenik was built by Croats. The undisputed masterpiece of Juraj Dalmatinac, the Cathedral of St. James, is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is the most important centre for art and culture. Cobbled streets, numerous picturesque staircases and attractive squares invite you to stroll through the city and discover everything it has to offer: from churches and monasteries to cafés and bars. There are two national parks near Sibenik - the Krka National Park inland and the Kornati National Park, which covers part of the Kornati archipelago. Both are perfect destinations for day trips. Here you can go swimming and enjoy the breathtaking nature. The villa is also close to the SOLARIS Aquapark, which is a great option for a day trip with the whole family. The temperature of the heated swimming pool depends on external factors, including weather conditions, and therefore the water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
