1st bedroom and living room with double sofa bed 160cm x 200cm in comfort height, approx. 45 cm recommended for 2 children or teenagers. LED TV, small library with a selection of German books and access to the balcony.

3rd double bedroom with access to the balcony.
Blinds and fly screens on all windows and balcony doors. The flat remains pleasantly cool even when outside temperatures exceed 30 degrees.
Satellite TV with all German TV channels.
Our holiday home has 4 cosy and comfortably furnished holiday flats. All flats have a separate entrance. Sat-TV with all German TV channels.
The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating. Separate laundry room. Laundry service.
