This beautiful villa is an ideal place for enjoy a family holiday with children on Costa Dorada.
This villa is situated very close to the beach, overlooking the sea. It is surrounded by a garden of 2500 m2, with a private swimming pool and playground for children, situated in a harmony with nature. The house is fully furnished and distributed on two floors, has a private parking for 4 cars and a garage for 2 cars more.
On the ground floor ther is a spacious and bright living room, the separate kitchen, a master bedroom with a pool views, 2 double bedrooms : one with 2 single beds and 1 room with bank bed. From the living room you have a direct access the garden, pool and a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy a pleasant afternoon, make a family dinners or just have a sunbath.
On the upper floor is a living room that has a mini library, 2 double rooms and several bathrooms.
The nearest beach is situated 2 min walking from the house, the access to the beach is by stairs.
There are several restaurants and bars, supermarket. You can easy walk to the center of Salou, it takes 15 min aprox.

2. MANDATORY GARBAGE COLLECTION When leaving home, if food/drinks are left open or any other type of open garbage, a fine of 200 euros will be charged from the deposit.
3. Guests over the age of 16 will be charged a tourist tax of EUR 1.10 per person for a maximum of 7 days. (Law 5/2012, of March 20, of the Parliament of Catalonia).
4. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Damage to furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
5. The agreed security deposit (€2000) will be issued at the time of key collection by credit card and will be refunded within 7 days prior to departure if the accommodation has not been damaged)
