Holidays on the farm. Cosy 3-room flat in a homely farmhouse, wonderful view of the mountains, Churfirsten panorama and Alpstein. Situated on a south-facing slope. Very good starting point for hikes to the Lütispitz, Neuenalpspitz, Säntis, Chäserrugg, as well as short hikes to the Thur waterfall, Gräppelensee, Schwendisee, the Klanghaus with the wonderful sound path. Ideal for families of all ages and at any time of year. Child-friendly surroundings. Seating area with children's swing. We run our organic farm together with our 4 children. On the farm there are original Braunvieh cows, calves, cats and chickens. In autumn there is the possibility to be present at births in the barn - a special experience. In summer it is possible to enjoy a visit to the Schwendi or Breitenalp alp. Other sports and leisure activities: Indoor swimming pool Nesslau or Buchs, outdoor pool Unterwasser, Gräppelensee, Schwendisee, Schönenbodensee, snowshoeing

    “Wir konnten entspannte Ferien im Toggenburg verbringen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, alles nötige ist vorhanden. Die Kinder durften mithelfen auf dem Hof. Wir erhielten tolle Ausflugstipps und fühlten uns einfach wohl. Positiv: Sehr freundliche Gastgeberfamilie, sehr aufgeschlossen, hilfsbereit mit Ausflugstipps, tolle Aussicht! Restaurant: GADE – mini Beiz - uriges Ambiente, sehr gastfreundlich und sehr feines Essen Ausflüge: Klangweg - 26 Klanginstallationen freuen sich entdeckt und bespielt zu werden. Toll für mit Kindern und auch bei Regenwetter empfehlenswert (hatte fast keine Leute). Schöne Wanderung mit Grillmöglichkeit unterwegs.”

    “Super Gastort für Leute, die Ursprünglichkeit, Aussicht und Natur lieben. Positiv: Vreni Schwizer und die junge Bauernfamilie sind sehr offen. Unsere Enkelin (8J.) durfte im Stall mithelfen bei den Kälbern. Sehr gefallen haben ihr auch die Katzen und die Hühner. Aus den zwei frischen Eiern hat sie Rührei gekocht.
    Wir Grosseltern haben die tolle Aussicht, die gemütliche Wohnung und die Ruhe genossen. Danke!”

    “Positiv: Très jolie ferme dans un cadre magnifique avec vue sur les Churfirsten. En été les vaches sont à l’alpage avec possibilité de demander pour visiter.
    L’appartement, coquet et soigné, est situé au premier étage avec terrasse à disposition. Cuisine très bien équipée, Swisscom TV donnant accès à toutes les chaînes. Propreté irréprochable.
    Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux malgré la barrière de la langue. Negativ: Plafonds bas, comme dans toutes les fermes d’époque de la région.”
