Holiday flat de Tweit in Karlshagen

We cordially invite you to spend your holiday in our lovingly and functionally furnished holiday flat (approx. 65 m²). The holiday flat is quietly located in the centre of the Baltic Sea resort and is preferably intended for 2 persons, an extra bed, also with a cot, is possible on request. It is located on the 1st floor and can be booked from the end of March to the end of October as well as over Christmas and the turn of the year, depending on occupancy also together with our holiday flat "de Irst" located in the same house. It is equipped with internet connection via WLAN access and you can spend relaxing hours in the cosy living room with corner couch, satellite HDTV with digital radio, DVD player with CD function and more. A separate kitchen (approx. 8.5 m²) with cooking facilities (2 induction hobs), microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and various crockery is at your disposal, as well as a shower and a separate WC with built-in washbasin, mirror with LED lighting and hairdryer. All rooms are centrally heated (weather permitting). In the entrance area of the ground floor there is a veranda with seating, a parking space for your car is located directly on the property and we offer a lockable storage facility for bicycles. There are several shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, as well as doctors, a pharmacy, physiotherapy, restaurants and interesting cultural offers within a short walking distance. There are several bike hire stations with pick-up, drop-off and repair services on site. The sailing harbour is approx. 1.0 km away and the beach is approx. 900 m. We wish you relaxing hours on the beautiful roof terrace (south-west facing), barbecues are possible on the property and extensive guest information will help you plan your excursions. Nature lovers will find kilometres of well-developed hiking and cycling trails on Usedom, also in wooded areas. On our wide sandy beach you can enjoy the mild Baltic Sea climate.Living roomOther living room facilities : In the cosily furnished living room with corner couch, satellite HDTV with DAB reception, DVD / CD player, etc. you can spend relaxing hours. An attractive dining area is located directly by the terrace window, with a view over the roof terrace into the countryside. You can enjoy the mild Baltic Sea climate on our wide, fine sandy beach.place description: Karlshagen was built in 1829 as a "town on the Baltic Sea" and was initially populated by farmers, craftsmen and fishermen. The history and development from a fishing village to a Baltic seaside resort is extremely interesting and the history of Usedom goes back a long way. Earlier civilisations built mysterious burial sites and pirates found a very welcome hiding place here. The settlement, named Carlshagen, was built in 1829 and was initially populated by farmers, craftsmen and fishermen. However, the stunning nature with its meadows and forests, the fine sandy and wide beach attracted more and more people, and as the basic prerequisites for tourism were provided by nature, the village developed into a seaside resort as early as the 1980s. Karlshagen then joined the ranks of Usedom's Baltic seaside resorts around 1930 and is still one of the quieter places on Germany's sunny island today. 1885 saw the construction of the first beach hall and the pier, and the Baltic seaside resort was almost perfectly equipped for the rush of visitors. Speaking of prepared, this was over in 1936, when National Socialist Germany converted the entire harbour into a military port, and the history of the fishing harbour on the Peene River, which is now a very attractive sailing harbour, as well as the fishing and the still tangible originality make the Baltic seaside resort of Karlshagen very popular today. It is therefore not surprising that the town with its white, very fine-grained and uncrowded beach is a family-friendly insider tip on the Baltic coast.
